About the Role Hideout Media is looking for a full-time Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The role involves filming stand-up comedy shows, sketches, podcast-style shoots, promos, and creative projects - and turning them into high-quality edits for YouTube and social media. Work Structure 6 days working Full-time Flexible timings (based on show & shoot schedules) 34 days of shoots every week , rest focused on editing & creative work Key Responsibilities Film stand-up comedy shows, sketches, BTS & promos. Operate camera, lights & audio during shoots. Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube & social. Edit reels/highlights/clips with sharp comedic pacing. Color grading, sound cleanup & subtitle sync. Maintain backups and organize footage as per workflow. Create posters and show/event promotional graphics. Coordinate with comedians, artists, social media & production team. Required Skills Strong cinematography & camera handling Video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut) Basic motion graphics (preferred) After Effects Thumbnail & poster design (Photoshop / Illustrator ideal) Understanding of lighting setups for indoor shoots & live events Mandatory Requirement Must have own video camera gear + lenses. Good to Have Added knowledge of comedy formats & social media trends Experience with multicam live shoots Ability to execute edits on tight timelines Location Hideout, Saket Delhi (On-site role) Compensation Competitive salary + incentives based on performance & project load.
