What You'll Do The Production Manager is responsible to handle Bussmann Fuse Production in aligning the resources to achieve Hi5 Metrics of the Plant. The primary focus is to achieve monthly STD (Production) hrs target in meeting the OTD. He will be accountable for WIP materials and ensure production order adherence to the set target. He will be focussing on the safety culture to implement Zero Incident Safety Culture, the quality culture to implement Zero Defects & I own quality standards, the CI culture to drive process improvements by maintaining 5S+ standards.
