Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Adherence to Protocols:
Follow established communication guidelines, scripts, and company procedures.
Escalation:
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior team members.
Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Stay updated with product or service information to provide effective assistance.

Qualifications

Education
: 12th Pass, Graduate, Under Graduate, Post Graduate all are eligible
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
Computer Proficiency
: Ability to use computer systems
Interpersonal Skills
: Good interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer interactions effectively..
