Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with senior professionals across multiple live mandates, gaining hands-on exposure to deal execution, financial analysis, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessment of potential investment or fund-raising opportunities , including business and financial feasibility analysis. Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis to evaluate company performance and valuation metrics. Undertake in-depth industry and market research to build strategic narratives. Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, and scenario analysis. Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda , pitch books, and other materials. Summarize case studies and research findings , and present insights to senior stakeholders. Support the team in the due diligence process for potential investments or transactions. Provide administrative and coordination support , including meeting scheduling, documentation, and record management. Assist partners in investor relations activities , including data compilation and communication material preparation. Qualifications & Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration , or related field. CA Inter/ Progress towards CFA charter is a plus. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts , and basic financial modelling. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ; familiarity with relevant databases is a plus. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills . Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of attention to detail , with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
