Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing for components and systems. Prepare and submit tender/bid documents within specified deadlines. Evaluate scope changes and revise estimates accordingly. Support project managers during handover and execution phases. Maintain a database of historical pricing and estimation references for future use. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (IEC, ANSI, etc.), and client specifications.
