Customer Service & Sales 1. Billing Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently using current billing systems 2. Customer Interaction: Welcome, introduce, and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner 3. Brand Representation: Brief customers about Henchu's offerings in accordance with established brand guidelines 4. Account Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory transactions B. Operations Support 1. Facility Management: Assist with daily setup, including arranging tables and chairs to maintain an inviting space 2. Peak Hour Support: Provide hands-on assistance during busy periods to ensure smooth service delivery 3.
