Role Description We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who understands the blend of strategy and storytelling — someone who can manage email marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and B2B lead funnels to drive global growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida , offering the chance to work closely with the founder and international clients while learning the full cycle of sustainable textile exports. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute lead generation funnels — from outreach to conversion. Plan, run, and track email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Apollo.io. Build and manage B2B client relationships across India, Europe, and the UK. Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring every lead is nurtured through structured follow-ups. Support in creating sales decks, proposals, and campaign reports . Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for seamless client onboarding. Research potential clients — designers, exporters, and sustainable fashion labels — for collaboration opportunities. Qualifications Experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B marketing (textile or fashion industry preferred). Strong understanding of email marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales funnels . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
