Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Line Supervisor located in Bahadurgarh. The Production Line Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring quality control, supervising and training team members, and maintaining production schedules. The supervisor will also address production issues, implement safety guidelines, and monitor the efficiency of production processes. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Training abilities Quality Control and Quality Assurance expertise Strong Communication skills Experience in managing production schedules and addressing production issues Knowledge of safety guidelines and production efficiency Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred Experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is a plus Experience Needed : 2-5 Years Salary Range : 18k to 22k per Month
