Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven personnel to join/lead our Operations and Process Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and program management. Incumbent will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and enhancing the overall customer experience through innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: What are we looking for: · Visually monitoring 24/7 video monitoring & retail related processes · Making sure there is no miss-outs with upmost determination & focus · To detect and deter every attempted crime in the ATM, branches & retail 100% schedule adherence in rotational shift, week offs · Good to have: o Both Verbal and written communication o Regional language (advantage) apart from Hindi & Marathi Minimum Qualifications o 10th + 2 or Graduation (In any stream) o 0-3 years experience
