Helper - Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and dedicated freshers to join our factory team as Helpers. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day shopfloor activities including material handling, machine support, and maintaining cleanliness. This is an entry-level role and training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff in daily tasks
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shopfloor
• Pack, label, and move products as instructed
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
• Support in basic maintenance and housekeeping work
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line manager

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass
• Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment
• Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Willing to work in shifts (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
