The ideal candidate is a 12th Pass student or an ITI/Polytechnic diploma holder who is keen to gain hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering-related projects. Key Responsibilities Assist engineers with site supervision and daily execution activities. Maintain daily progress reports, labor deployment logs, and site photos. Support the preparation of material requisitions and basic documentation. Learn to read and interpret construction or technical drawings. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and site housekeeping norms. Minimum Qualification: ITI or Polytechnic Diploma in any trade Skills Required Basic technical understanding Strong willingness to learn and grow in a field-based role Compensation As per company policy (stipend may apply during training)

The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day shopfloor activities including material handling, machine support, and maintaining cleanliness. This is an entry-level role and training will be provided on the job.
