Helpdesk Officer with German

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to join Wipro Technologies as a S2S Helpdesk Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong relationship with the client organization within the energy and utility client industry to ensure service delivery based on defined SLAs and KPIs.
