Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects and customers using a provided list. Introduce and explain company products or services to potential clients. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries. Accurately record customer details, call information, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and sales. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and lead generation strategies. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
