Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist Location: Infocity, Gandhinagar (On-site) Experience: 2–5 years Type: Full-time Salary: 8-10 LPA depending on experience About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can blend creative strategy with data-driven execution to accelerate our brand growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team to design, test, and optimize campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. If you love experimenting, analyzing what works, and scaling what matters, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads . Plan, launch, and optimize A/B tests to improve conversion and retention. Create and manage content that supports awareness and lead-generation goals. Analyze data and key metrics to get insights, trends, and opportunities for growth . Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create high-impact campaigns. Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. Build and report on KPIs to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on growth trends, emerging tools, and new marketing strategies. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing . Proven experience in campaign management, scaling paid media, and lead generation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Suite, and A/B testing tools . Familiarity with SEO/SEM , email marketing , and conversion optimization . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience in content and social media marketing and video-led campaigns .
