We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in operating CNC turning machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of parts and components. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turning machines according to specifications and requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on CNC turning machines. Conduct quality control checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills and Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in CNC turning operations or related field. Proficient in SIEMENS & HEIDENHAIN Controller Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Additional Benefits 1.
