You will play a crucial role as a Senior-level professional representing a Luxury Hotel across India. Your primary focus will be on expanding the hotel's presence in the Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Wedding segments. This strategic position requires a deep commitment to establishing long-term relationships and generating business from key source markets, including Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing high-yield corporate and MICE accounts throughout India. You will strategically engage and cultivate business relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), corporates, key MICE planners, luxury agents, wedding planners, and wholesalers. Conducting roadshows, trade engagement programs, and sales calls in major metros and emerging Tier 2 & 3 cities will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will need to build close relationships with travel consortia, destination management companies, and other industry stakeholders.
