Generate leads and convert them into sales. Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize customer outreach. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in B2C Sales / Direct Sales / Field Sales (03 years) Freshers with excellent communication & convincing skills are welcome Target-driven and passionate about sales & customer handling Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships Confident in product pitching, upselling & closing deals Comfortable with field visits / client meetings (if required) Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools preferred Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines Willingness to travel as per business needs
