Key Responsibilities: Generate residential (B2C) leads for rooftop solar panels, solar inverters, and related products. Promote and explain solar solutions to customers, highlighting benefits (savings, ROI, government subsidies). Conduct site visits, load assessments, and prepare customized solar proposals. Handle pricing, quotations, negotiations, and close sales. Coordinate with the design/installation team for smooth project execution. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Experience: Min 6 month experience required in B2C Sales in the Solar industry. Hands-on experience in selling rooftop solar, on-grid/off-grid systems, or solar EPC solutions. Good knowledge of solar products, subsidies, government policies, and net-metering . Strong communication & convincing skills (local language + Hindi/English). Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
