Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Consultant at Heaven Designs. The Electrical Consultant will be responsible for overseeing solar design projects, providing technical expertise, conducting site assessments, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solar design solutions. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Design, Engineers, and Drafters in solar project design. Design solar projects adhering to electrical and civil standards. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely delivery of solar design projects. Demonstrate detailed technical expertise in Solar detail engineering design, covering cable sizing, transformer sizing, GTP approvals, HT panels design, transmission lines, and switchyard etc. Understanding in structural aspects with some basic civil engineering concepts Designing Solar projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst software Qualification: BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. 4 to 6 years of experience as a Solar Design Engineer or Solar Design Team Leader. Reporting Structure: The Senior Solar Design Team Leader will report directly to the Project/General Manager, and additionally interface with the CEO or Director.
About the Role We are seeking an AutoCAD 2D Drafter to support our solar design projects. You will create accurate 2D layouts and technical drawings that guide engineering, installation, and client documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for solar PV layouts, roof plans, and site plans. Draft single line diagrams (SLD) and other technical documentation. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Update drawings as per project changes and maintain version control. Ensure all designs meet industry and regulatory guidelines . Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D . Basic knowledge of solar PV / electrical layouts preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects. Diploma / ITI Draughtsman / Graduate in Drafting, Civil, Electrical, or related field.

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in financial control and production costing. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: * Perform inventory ageing analysis and coordinate with functional heads to implement corrective measures for slow-moving stock. * Manage valuation of Finished Goods (FG) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) on a material code and production order basis. * Oversee daily production cost monitoring and machine downtime analysis, providing insights for cost efficiency and operational improvement. * Ensure budgetary control across cost centers, aligning with organizational financial goals. * Conduct standard cost vs actual cost analysis monthly and prepare variance reports with actionable insights. * Prepare and review yield reports to assess production efficiency and identify improvement areas. * Lead yield studies to analyze losses and implement corrective actions. Participate in physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
