We are a fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur . Responsibilities Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance . Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions . Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers. Maintain attendance and leave systems . Support and implement HR policies . Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities . Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred . 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer. Experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees . Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings . Good communication skills in Hindi & English . Willing to work full-time from Narsinghpur . Preferred Skills Familiarity with HRMS/attendance/payroll software . Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce . Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
