We are a growing PCD Pharma Company seeking enthusiastic, results-driven professionals to join our team. As a PCD Pharma Business Executive , you will be responsible for expanding our franchise network, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new PCD Pharma franchise partners/distributors. Promote company products to clients and potential partners through field visits, calls, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing franchise partners. Meet monthly sales targets and ensure timely order execution and follow-ups. Provide product training, marketing support, and promotional materials to franchise partners. Keep track of competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma or pharmaceutical sales (preferred). Good understanding of the PCD franchise model. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
