Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our Healthcare & Medical Division in BalanceNutrition, playing a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and products in the medical industry.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate division performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the medical services and hospital sector, including current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically, focusing on achieving business goals.

  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects from conception to completion.
