Job Description

As a Healthcare Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic business improvement and implementation of HealthEdge system transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing functional expertise, executing transformation projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will be tasked with developing and executing detailed project plans to meet client needs, leading engagement teams, and operating effectively in fast-paced environments. Your role will involve supporting USTHP Sales leadership with consulting services and promotional strategies to drive business growth. Building and nurturing client relationships will be a key aspect of your job. You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, engage with key decision-makers, and collaborate with various teams to craft compelling client proposals. Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT will be essential. Additionally, you will contribute to practice development by creating methodologies, templates, and best practices. Mentoring team members and driving firm-wide expertise in Core Admin transformation will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on evolving regulations and trends across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare sectors is crucial. Must-Have Skills: - Proven track record in program/project management for large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives. - Experience in performance improvement, change management, and technology implementation. - Ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders. - Expertise in vendor management and healthcare IT landscape. - Familiarity with research tools such as Definitive Healthcare, PitchBook, Moodys, and S&P. Good-to-Have Skills: - Prior experience in sales strategy and business development for healthcare consulting services. - Knowledge of emerging healthcare technologies and regulatory changes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Experience in mentoring and developing junior consultants. - Certification in Project Management (PMP), ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
