Healthcare Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst with strong QA experience. Your role will involve validating data ingestion processes, ensuring data warehouse integrity, testing rule engine outputs, and monitoring streaming datasets from Kafka topics. Proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, and a solid understanding of healthcare data workflows and downstream systems are essential for this position. As a Healthcare Data Analyst with QA Experience, you will be responsible for various tasks, including performing QA testing on data ingestion pipelines to maintain data accuracy, validating data warehouse structures and consistency across multiple sources, verifying rule engine outputs, executing complex SQL queries for data validation and profiling, ensuring data integrity across systems, monitoring streaming datasets ingested through Kafka topics, collaborating with data engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test strategies, and documenting test cases and procedures. We are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience for this full-time employment opportunity at all Persistent locations.
