Healthcare Associate – International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Job Description

We are hiring Healthcare Associates for an International Voice Process to support US healthcare clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals with queries related to appointments, billing, claims, eligibility, and medical documentation.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in building a career in the US Healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international (US) inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Assist patients and healthcare providers with appointments, eligibility, billing, and claims
• Verify insurance details and update patient information accurately
• Follow HIPAA compliance and company guidelines
• Document call details clearly in CRM / healthcare systems
• Maintain high quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any graduate / diploma / relevant healthcare background
• Experience:
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply
• 0–2 years experience in International Voice / US Healthcare preferred
• Strong verbal communication in English
• Willingness to work in US night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare Voice Process
• Knowledge of medical terminology (added advantage)
• Familiarity with insurance, claims, AR, eligibility, or patient coordination
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
