Job Title: E-Commerce Manager – Nutraceuticals Location: Indore Reports to: Director Summary:The E-Commerce Manager will lead the digital commerce strategy for the company’s nutraceutical product line, driving online sales growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role involves managing e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, data analytics, and customer experience initiatives to maximize revenue and brand loyalty in the fast-growing nutraceuticals market. Key Responsibilities:1. E-Commerce Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth across D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including pricing, promotions, product listings, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns and product launches. 2. Digital Marketing & Customer AcquisitionPlan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, influencer marketing, email automation) to boost website traffic and conversions. Optimize content, keywords, and metadata for nutraceutical product compliance and discoverability. Manage customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, CRM initiatives, and personalized marketing efforts. 3. Platform & Marketplace ManagementOversee brand presence and performance on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), ensuring optimized product listings, A+ content, and brand store consistency. Analyze and manage marketplace algorithms, advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products), and review management. Ensure compliance with nutraceutical labeling, claims, and advertising regulations across all digital platforms. 4. Analytics & Performance TrackingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs): traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, AOV, and customer lifetime value. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics) to generate actionable insights. Provide regular sales and performance reports to management and recommend improvements. 5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product development to plan digital launches of new nutraceutical products. Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure accurate stock forecasting and timely order fulfillment. Partner with creative teams for content creation, packaging updates, and promotional visuals tailored for digital platforms. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 4–8 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in nutraceuticals, FMCG, or health & wellness industries. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce CMS platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards. Understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Data-driven decision-maker with a strong focus on ROI. Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce and nutraceutical compliance trends. KPIs / Success Metrics:Growth in online sales revenue and market share. Improvement in conversion rate and ROAS. Customer acquisition cost (CAC) vs. lifetime value (LTV) optimization. Marketplace rankings and customer satisfaction scores. On-time product launch execution and campaign ROI.
