Role: Senior Product Manager Job Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad 1. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Experience & Background: 1-4years of experience in Group Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, or related domains. Strong exposure to strategic planning, business development, or product management. Experience in working with insurers, brokers, TPAs, or health-tech firms preferred. 2. Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking with a strong commercial and financial acumen. Strong understanding of health insurance underwriting, pricing, and claims management. Ability to drive digital transformation and cashless initiatives. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 3. Educational Qualification: MBA / CA / Actuarial / Equivalent qualification preferred. Certifications in health insurance, underwriting, or data analytics will be a plus. 2. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement long-term strategies to expand the Group Health portfolio. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels. Drive initiatives to improve the cashless ecosystem and enhance digital adoption. Formulate strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and optimize business mix. 2. Product & Pricing Strategy: Work with actuarial and underwriting teams to develop competitive product offerings. Design customized solutions for corporate clients and SMEs. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to adjust pricing models and benefits. 3. Partnerships & Alliances: Build strategic partnerships with intermediaries. Collaborate with brokers, intermediaries, and direct corporate clients to strengthen distribution. 4. Process & Operational Excellence: Optimize policy issuance, claims processing, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance risk assessment and fraud detection. Drive initiatives to improve productivity and reduce turnaround time. 5. Stakeholder Management & Compliance: Engage with regulators, industry bodies, and corporate clients to align with evolving regulations.
