This role requires execution, strategic sales acumen, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven environment and is prepared to take full ownership of building, selling, and scaling this vertical. As the Head of Health Software Vertical at ThinkRoman, you will be responsible for expanding the company's Healthcare IT & AI solutions, Telehealth services, and healthcare partnerships. This position emphasizes hands-on execution, market penetration, and business growth rather than conceptualizing strategies. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading direct sales efforts for Healthcare IT & AI Solutions by conducting meetings, product demos, identifying opportunities, assessing requirements, structuring proposals, and closing deals. - Overseeing and expanding TrMobile Care, ThinkRoman's telehealth-on-demand service, managing the doctor network, ensuring seamless operations, and scaling the service. - Identifying and recruiting health partners to expand ThinkRoman's network, establishing B2B relationships with healthcare institutions, clinics, and hospitals to drive software and service adoption. - Developing a sales-driven approach for ThinkRoman's Telehealth service, positioning it as both a service and a scalable software solution to increase revenue and adoption. The ideal candidate profile includes proven execution capabilities, strong sales and business development background, deep understanding of Healthcare IT and AI-driven solutions, and leadership and operational expertise. Compensation includes a base salary with performance-based incentives. Performance review at 6 months will result in a salary increase if the division generates 5L+ in revenue.
