About the Role / Profile: We are looking for a 6 (six) team members for our tax Direct and International Tax Practice. This is a full-time on-site role for our office located in Gurugram, which is meant for candidates who shall be on-boarded with three core objectives: - Developing a problem-solving approach towards the challenges faced by some of the leading companies in the World; - Inculcating corporate service delivery at the highest standards of quality; and - Contributing towards development of a multi-disciplinary perspective within the firm. The job profile will be assisting the clients (MNCs as well as reputed Indian corporates) in professional consulting, advisory services, international taxation, transaction support, transfer pricing and compliance assistance. Your profile will specifically include the following. - Advise on direct tax implications of business models, cross-border transactions, and restructurings. - Assist in drafting legal opinions and memorandums on key tax positions and developments including inbound and outbound structuring. - Support in handling tax litigation at various levels including drafting submissions, research, and strategizing. - Work on international tax issues, including treaty planning, transfer pricing, and UAE Corporate Tax. - Manage and review direct tax compliance (corporate tax returns, tax audit, etc.), ensuring accurate filings and regulatory adherence. - Help in regulatory advisory and compliance, especially in cross-border investments and repatriation structures. - Contribute to internal knowledge building, trainings, and leadership initiatives. Desired Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of 1-3 years in the field of direct and international taxation. - Excellent communication skills and analytical ability. - Good drafting skills. - Good academic knowledge.
