Head Structural Design & Architecture

As the Head of Structural Design & Architecture at our client's Engineering & Infrastructure sector in Hyderabad, your role involves leading the structural and architectural aspects of modular construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all structural and architectural engineering facets of projects, ensuring integration with in-house design methodology. - Ensuring quality assurance of structural and architectural outputs through independent review of analyses and CAD/BIM deliverables to meet safety standards. - Maintaining design accuracy, safety compliance, and mitigating structural risks during design and execution. - Optimizing design solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. - Providing strategic leadership to align design intent across structural and architectural disciplines during prefabrication and on-site assembly. - Coordinating with Sales, Production, and Site Installation teams for effective communication and coordination. Your qualifications should include a Master's in technology (Structural Engineering) from reputable institutions and at least 15 years of experience in the Engineering/Infrastructure/Civil industry. Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
