As the Head of Systems Engineering & Integration for one of Weekday's clients, your main responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end integration of multidisciplinary engineering functions to deliver robust, cost-efficient, and high-quality robotic platforms. You will ensure seamless collaboration across mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems teams, guiding products from concept and validation through deployment and operational handover. Key Responsibilities: - Lead system-level architecture, integration, and validation for complex robotic platforms. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, and automation engineering. - Define and enforce system integration, verification, and validation processes. - Oversee technical risk assessment, reliability analysis, and mitigation strategies. - Ensure smooth transition from engineering design to manufacturing, deployment, and field operations. - Champion continuous improvement, quality excellence, and best-in-class systems engineering practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. - 15-18 years of experience in systems integration, engineering design, or robotics development, preferably within automation or industrial robotics environments. - Demonstrated success leading complex engineering programs from concept through validation and large-scale deployment. - Strong experience managing technical handovers from design teams to field operations and customer environments. Key Skills & Competencies: - Deep expertise in systems engineering, product integration, and verification & validation (V&V). - Strong understanding of robotic architectures, sensors, actuators, control systems, and communication interfaces. - Proven experience with design-to-cost methodologies, system reliability engineering, and risk management. - Ability to lead and align cross-functional engineering teams across the full product lifecycle. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and program management capabilities. - Strong leadership mindset with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Weekday's client offers a competitive salary range of Rs 4000000 - Rs 5000000 per annum, based in Gurgaon. This full-time position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering and integration roles.
