Head of Design- Commercial Workspaces

As a Workplace Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision for large-scale workplace interiors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting and guiding the overall design vision, ensuring that it aligns with the project goals and client requirements. - Leading space planning efforts to create smart, functional, and attractive designs that enhance user experience. - Collaborating closely with senior clients such as CXOs and business heads to understand their objectives and present design ideas effectively. - Mentoring and guiding a team of designers to foster creativity and ensure accountability in project delivery. - Overseeing big projects from inception to completion, focusing on maintaining top quality, meeting deadlines, and controlling budgets effectively. - Staying updated with global design trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies to bring fresh ideas into projects. - Coordinating with internal business teams, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth and successful project execution. In addition to your role responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and practical, high-impact design solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership. - Proven track record of leading teams and delivering multiple large projects under pressure. - A creative mindset that prioritizes user comfort, well-being, and the creation of future-ready workplaces. - Reliability, hands-on approach, and the ability to build enduring client relationships. Furthermore, you should have proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3DS Max, and Adobe Suite. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale workspace interiors is required for this role.,
