• Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in global markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts with international clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
• Mentor and manage the international sales team to achieve targets.
  

The Successful Applicant

• B.Tech. degree in either electrical/electronics/instrumentation or semiconductor space
• Proven experience in international business development within the electronics industry
• Atleast 25 years of experience, predominantly in the power sector, with atleast 20 years of marketing experience, 10 of which should be in the international markets.
• Should have experience in Business Development, Tendering and Execution
• Strong knowledge of global markets and trade practices.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
