An independent creative individual who thrives on thinking outside the box and is fueled by a passion for delivering innovative solutions. You will be tasked with exploring various design options, conceptualizing ideas, evaluating design directions, and ultimately delivering final designs for print production, exhibitions, and structural execution. Your responsibilities will encompass all stages of the creative process, starting from concept development and research, all the way through design to production. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong commitment to collaborating effectively within the organization. It is preferred that you possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and a comprehensive understanding of design software such as Corel, Adobe, and other design packages, along with practical knowledge of the production process. Proficiency or interest in website design and maintenance, including the use of Flash, will be considered advantageous. Prior work experience in a design capacity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively are qualities that will be highly valued.
