POSITION: HEAD COOK QUALIFICATION: Any Graduation / diploma from the Hotel Management EXPERIENCE * 10+ years Experience in Cooking in reputed Restaurant/ Hotels / Institutes. * Knowledge of both South Indian & North Indian Dishes * Controlling and directing food preparation process. * Instruct and oversee all kitchen staff in food preparation * Food should be prepared in good Quality and taste Deliciously SKILL Good Communication Skills with team handling skills Computer knowledge is added advantage.
