Job Description: Relationship Manager Location : [Bangalore East, North and South] Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans Industry: Financial Services / Loans Reporting To : Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to manage and grow business through the Builder and Freelancer channels. The role requires building strong relationships with real estate builders, channel partners, and freelancers to generate consistent business leads for loan products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans and Project Funding. Key Responsibilities: > Develop and maintain strong relations with builders, real estate developers, channel partners and Freelancers > Identify and onboard new freelance agents and maintain an active agent network. > Drive loan business through these channels to meet monthly sales targets. > Conduct regular site visits to builder projects and maintain continuous engagement. > Train and guide freelancers and builder staff on loan products and documentation. > Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing. > Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. > Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and update management regularly. Requirements: > Minimum 1 years of experience in loans, especially in builder/channel partner/freelancer verticals. > Strong network of real estate contacts and freelancers in assigned region. > Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. > Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple accounts.
