We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in maintaining and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a specific emphasis on Oracle HCM Benefits. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions based on business requirements, analyzing and resolving production issues within SLA, collaborating with HCM product owners to prioritize backlog, working with cross-functional leads to understand and deliver requirements, and ensuring efficiency in daily standups, refinements, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain configuration workbooks and documentation, prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, support and guide junior resources, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Oracle Operation & Optimization colleagues, and third parties to ensure that deployed solutions align with business needs. You will also be involved in applications support and maintenance, applications enhancement and continuous improvement, and key shared accountabilities such as partnership with other teams and domains, Oracle functional solution decisions, quarterly update testing, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR business processes, experience in HCM fast formulas, HDLs, and HCM Extracts, familiarity with Azure DevOps, the ability to work on continuous improvement and business projects, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with global stakeholders. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher is advantageous, as is experience in stakeholder management. Required qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, specialist knowledge in modules like Compensation, Core-HCM, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Goals & Performance, and HR Helpdesk, and configuration experience in benefits. Preferred qualifications include experience with fast formulas, BI/OTBI reporting, HCM extracts, data loads, agile project delivery, and Oracle certifications. We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong knowledge of US Benefits and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM or Workday (Benefits module) . This is a pure Business Analyst role the person will act as a bridge between the Total Rewards/Benefits team and the IT team , gathering requirements, creating documentation, coordinating with IT for implementation, and conducting testing (UAT). This is not a Benefits Administration/HR Operations role (employee enrollment, query handling, etc.). Instead, it focuses on system changes, testing, and integrations related to U.S. employee benefits such as 401(k), COBRA, Health & Welfare, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, and FSA. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements from Total Rewards/Benefits stakeholders (e.g., Benefits Managers, Health & Welfare Managers, Total Rewards Directors). Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), workflow design, and policy documentation . Liaise with the IT team to explain requirements and ensure accurate implementation in Oracle HCM/Workday . Work with vendors and external systems (e.g., 401k portals, health & welfare providers) to define integration requirements with Oracle/Workday. Download and analyze OTBI (Oracle) / TIB (Workday) reports to validate system changes and ensure data accuracy. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in sandbox/testing environments; provide feedback to IT before production go-live. Support pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth functioning of benefits systems and integrations. Ensure compliance with regulatory changes (e.g., ACA, COBRA rules, age-based eligibility changes, etc.) by coordinating system updates. Key Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / HRIS Analyst in US Benefits domain . Strong knowledge of US Benefits programs – 401(k), COBRA, Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits or Workday Benefits module is mandatory. Experience working with OTBI / TIB reports, integrations, and vendor file exchanges . Ability to create BRDs, workflows, test scripts, and process documentation . Strong understanding of pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live testing cycles . Excellent communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams . Should have project coordination skills but not required to do system configuration directly. Good to Have Experience with large-scale Total Rewards/Benefits projects in U.S. or multinational companies. Exposure to compliance-driven changes (ACA, HIPAA, IRS limits, COBRA eligibility rules). Vendor coordination experience (Alight, Fidelity, Aon Hewitt, Mercer, etc.).
