Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Engineer with 8+ years of exp to own performance testing, environment management, and automation for our product suite. This role combines deep performance engineering responsibilities with modern automation practices, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing product deployments. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to design, execute, and analyse performance tests while also maintaining the infrastructure required to run them efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering with strong exposure to automation and CI/CD practices. Proven expertise in load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. Strong skills in performance monitoring and analysis tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for test automation and troubleshooting. We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience who possess the following skills: We are looking for a seasoned and technically adept Senior Java Developer to lead the design and develop complex integrations between AppScan and various third-party tools. This role demands not only strong Java expertise but also a passion for exploring new technologies , problem-solving through R&D , and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, high-quality integration solutions. As part of a global, Agile team, you’ll be expected to work independently while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions to technical clarity and successful closure .
