We are hiring HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coders for our Hyderabad location. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and assigning accurate medical codes for HCC based on medical records, ensuring compliance with ICD-10-CM and CMS guidelines.
Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate HCC coding.
Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and client-specific requirements.
Maintain coding accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Collaborate with QA and Team Leads for audits, feedback, and improvements.
Certification: CPC / CRC / CCS / CCA preferred (non-certified candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines & HCC risk adjustment coding.
Attention to detail with good communication and analytical skills.
