We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and a pleasant personality to create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in fluent English. Handle correspondence (emails, letters, messages) promptly and accurately. Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance. Manage visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
