Aadiyoga by Aanya Bora is the place to go if you want to get rid of that extra kilos. Inner peace is just the byproduct of the fantastic yoga poses you perform. The clarity of instructions & detailing on the poses here is unbeatable. In total, I would highly recommend Aadiyoga classes to novice & pro.
