I learnt Surya Shakti and Surya Kriya for 2 days. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The sessions were very disciplined and positive. We all were given equal attention. Within 2 days we learnt it so well. All thanks to our guru and hata yoga teacher for passing on such a powerful process into our lives. Thanks again!
