Hatchery Manager

• Manage all aspects of hatchery operations, including incubation, hatching, and chick or animal handling.
• Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Monitor incubation conditions, adjust equipment settings, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks within the hatchery.
• Train staff on chicks handling techniques, sanitation protocols, and equipment operation.
• Mechanical knowledge related to hatchery equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
