You will not just manage existing accounts; your main job is to identify and secure new international buyers (Brands, Buying Houses, and Wholesalers). Key Responsibilities: Buyer Identification: Actively research and identify potential clients in USA, Europe, and UAE using customs data (Volza/Zauba), LinkedIn, and market directories. Lead Generation: Connect with Sourcing Managers and Buying Agents in Delhi/NCR to register Hastakshar as a verified supplier. Outreach: Pitch our manufacturing capabilities to international boutique brands and designers via cold emails and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Sales Management: Handle the full sales cycle—from sending catalogs and coordinating sampling to negotiating prices and closing orders. B2B Platforms: Manage company profiles on portals like Faire, IndiaMART, and others to generate inbound leads. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in Textile Exports, Merchandising, or B2B Sales. Skills: Strong command of English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge: Must understand Fabric types (Cotton/Rayon) and Printing techniques to answer technical buyer queries. Tech Savvy: Ability to use Excel, Email, and LinkedIn for lead mining. Location: Sanganer, Jaipur (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time
