Job Summary: The Homoeopathic Medical Representative (MR) at HSL will be responsible for promoting and selling homoeopathic products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, effective communication, and strong relationship management to achieve sales targets and expand HSL’s market presence in the homoeopathic and alternative medicine segment. Key Responsibilities: • Promotion & Sales: Promote HSL’s homoeopathic medicines and products to doctors, clinics, and chemists through structured visits and product presentations. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers. • Market Development: Identify and engage potential new clients and territories to expand the brand’s market share. • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of homoeopathic products, their indications, composition, and competitive advantages. • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as assigned by the management. • Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of daily visits, sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback. • Event Participation: Represent HSL at medical conferences, promotional events, and training sessions to enhance product visibility. • Customer Service: Ensure after-sales support and resolve client queries with professionalism and product expertise. Educational Qualifications: Preferred Degrees: • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) – preferably in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields • Diploma in Homoeopathic Pharmacy (D.H.P.) Other Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or homoeopathic field will be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of homoeopathic medicines, formulations, and their therapeutic benefits. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and engage clients. • Selling & Marketing Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to convert leads into sales. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Self-Confidence & Resilience: High motivation, adaptability, and perseverance in achieving targets and handling rejection. • Travel & Physical Stamina: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories and manage multiple client visits daily. Experience : • 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or homoeopathic product sales preferred.
