Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant at Harsh T D Jain & Co. in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with audit and assurance activities, consulting projects, corporate law compliance, taxation matters, and startup advisory services. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications Clear Both Groups of CA Intermediate Course Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Corporate Law knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications Attention to detail and eagerness to learn Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus Work Exposure: Audit & Assurance (Statutory Audit, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit and Due Diligence) Income Tax (Tax Audit, Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing (Domestic and International), International Tax and Assessments and Appeals) Indirect Taxes (GST Advisory, Audit, Assessment and Appeals and Registration) Start-up Advisory Business Structuring and Set-up Business and Management Consulting Stipend upto Rs.15,000.00 Show more Show less
