Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warranty Manager located in Indore. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for handling warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing warranty processes, coordinating aftersales services, providing customer service, and conducting warranty-related training sessions. The Warranty Manager will also oversee the implementation of warranty policies and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in Warranty and Aftersales management Ability to conduct Training sessions Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
