We are looking for an Operations & Store Executive to join our team in Ambala Cantt. Your key responsibilities will be as follows: Order Management Check all incoming orders daily. Prepare products from the store to give them for packaging, and pack them when required. Ensure timely packaging of products Book courier pickup for shipping orders to customer’s address Receive tracking ids from shipping partners and update them on our website and to the customer. Follow up to check if order delivery was done timely and maintain a tracker in google sheets to see when an order is dispatched and when is it received. 2. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records. Conduct monthly (or ad-hoc) inventory counts. Identify low-stock items and coordinate with vendors to place purchase orders. Prepare stock reports highlighting items to be prioritised for sales to increase turnover and avoid dead stock. 3. Quotations & Invoicing Create quotations and invoices for customers. Ensure invoices are sent along with orders and properly recorded in the system. 4. Office & Store Maintenance Oversee cleanliness of the store, office and washroom. Manage and supervise the maid to ensure a neat and organized work environment. 5. Operations Support Ensure sales executives face no operational issues so they can focus on sales. Assist with small operational tasks to keep workflow smooth. 6. Vendor Relations Build and maintain good relationships with vendors. Place purchase orders as required after checking stock and follow up on deliveries. 7. Customer Grievance Handling Address operational issues faced by customers (e.g., delayed orders). Coordinate with courier partners/vendors to resolve problems quickly. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers. Skills required for this job: Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, invoicing software). Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and responsibility. Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges. Prior experience in inventory/operations management preferred (not mandatory). Other Details: Full-time, 6 days a week.
