Job Title: Account & Admin Assistant Company: Hariom Electronics – LOADPIN Location: Manjalpur / Tarsali, Vadodara (Work from Office) About the RoleHariom Electronics – LOADPIN, a leading name in industrial load cell and instrumentation solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account & Admin Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting, documentation, and office coordination tasks. This position is open only for female candidates, with married and experienced applicants preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime (latest version). Maintain accurate bookkeeping and documentation for accounts, GST, purchase, and sales. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for billing and documents. Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries in Hindi / English as per assigned job role. Manage office filing, record keeping, and basic administrative activities. Support management in preparing reports and reconciling accounts as required. RequirementsFemale candidate only. Preferably married and experienced in accounting and office administration. Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Office, and GST-related entries. Good English communication and vocabulary (written and spoken). Organized, punctual, and responsible in handling office and admin tasks. Compensation & Work Details : Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience). (Negotiable to suitable profile) Performance-based annual bonus. Work Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (8 working hours including 30 min lunch + 10 min tea break). Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat).
