Primary Responsibilities The E-commerce Telecaller will be responsible for outbound calling to warm leads (customers who have already shown interest, e.g., abandoned carts, signed up for a mailing list, or inquired about a specific product). The goal is to drive final purchase conversion, provide personalized product information, and maximize customer order value. Key Responsibilities & Duties High-Conversion Calling: Contact customers who have expressed prior interest to guide them through the final purchase process and resolve any purchasing barriers (e.g., payment issues, delivery concerns, product questions). Customer Engagement & Consultation: Act as a product specialist, offering detailed information, cross-selling, and upselling relevant items based on the customer’s expressed interests and needs. Order Completion Assistance: Proactively follow up on abandoned carts and incomplete orders to recover lost sales and assist customers in completing their transactions. Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of all e-commerce products, specifications, pricing, and current promotions offered by SKYPEAK SOLUTION LLC. Data Accuracy: Document all customer interactions, sales outcomes, and conversion blockers accurately and promptly in the CRM system to inform marketing and inventory strategies. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet individual and team sales conversion and average order value (AOV) targets. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay relevant customer feedback regarding website usability, product quality, or delivery services to the appropriate internal teams.
